Unless prior arrangements are made, any communication or material you send to
the Artistic Forum & the Artistic Forum's Kids' Corner, including data,
articles, questions, comments, ideas, suggestions, written
or pictorial art, or the like, shall be considered by The Artistic Forum &
the Artistic Forum's Kids' Art Corner as public information which may be used by The Artistic
Forum & the Artistic Forum's Kids' Art Corner for publication within their
site for free exposure of your communications or materials on their Your
Written Works, Your Art Gallery, Kids' Story Place, or Kids' Art Gallery pages. The Artistic
Forum & the Artistic Forum's Kids' Art Corner does not critic work but may
refuse any submissions for the reasons stated below. It is also agreed by
you that the Artistic Forum & the Artistic Forum's Kids' Art Corner may
display these communications or materials in their own time frame as they see
fit. Also, you acknowledge and agree
that the Artistic Forum & the Artistic Forum's Kids' Art Corner will be free to use,
without compensation to you, these communications or materials for display on
their site as stated above. The Artistic Forum & the Artistic Forum's
Kids' Art Corner will not use your communications or materials for any other

artists only, it is meant to serve as a place where you, the
artist, can receive free exposure of your art and offer a place where people
who, if interested, can contact the artist on their own via the information
posted with your work. Therefore, we do not track the art or reader’s responses to
it. The Artistic
Forum does
not encourage its readers to contact them for information about art displayed
on their virtual galleries. Instead, we ask readers to contact the
artist themselves via the information posted with the artists work. In
order to ensure our readers privacy we do not forward readers information and
it is up to the reader to contact you. Only during the time and artists
art is on display in one of our two our virtual galleries, if a reader should
contact The Artistic Forum requesting information about that artist's work,
The Artistic Forum will e-mail our reader telling them how they may contact
the artist. In regards to children's art, The Artistic
Forum & the Artistic Forum's Kids' Art
Corner will not post or share any
personal information (please see our children's
guidelines). Due to space limitations, The Artistic
Forum will only keep artists works online for
one month or until a new submission is made for that virtual gallery
space. Once a work of art is removed from
the virtual gallery space The Artistic
Forum & the Artistic Forum's Kids' Art
Corner will not archive the artists work for future
display nor is it obliged to pass on any information to its readers about
works of art or artists previously displayed on its website. It is also
understood that The Artistic
Forum & the Artistic Forum's Kids' Art
Corner does not act as your art representative. This agreement and the
displaying of your art on this site does not obligate nor represent any
agreement of any kind for representation of your work by our sister site, Winstanley-Roark
Fine Arts. Further, you agree that you will indemnify
and hold harmless The Artistic Forum & the Artistic Forum's Kids' Art Corner,
or their employees or associated sites from and
against any and all claims, demands, suits, damages, causes of action or
liabilities and will pay all reasonable expenses incurred in the defense
thereof, which may result if such material herein submitted. All
remaining rights revert to the individual contributors.
Further, we will not post or transmit any material that could be considered a criminal
offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law, such
as material which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, profane, or sexually
explicit, (this does not include the Fine Art nude or the discussion of
it). By submitting any written or pictorial works you agree that all works
will be reviewed to ensure they meet the above guidelines and that the refusal to
publish any work is at the discretion of the aforementioned websites and that
they are under no obligation to publish any submitted materials.
ARTIST SUBMISSION FORM:
We can only post one
image for four different artists each issue. With that in mind we ask
that you do not submit more than one piece each year! You are
welcome to resubmit new art on a yearly basis. Please keep in mind that
we will only review one
work per submission and can only post art on the website when there is
available space. Multiple submission will not be considered! Do
not refer us to a web page to select a work from multiple images, we will not
consider art submissions of this type either.
Due to the great response we have received we will now only be able to
respond back just before we are to publish your work in an upcoming issue.
At that time we will let you know which gallery your art will be found in and
the publication date. Because of the large volume of art received this
process can take several months. Please don't be discouraged if you
don't hear back from us right away. We do ask that you verify you have
sent us all the required information. Also, be sure that if you submit
your art via a URL that you be sure to keep that URL active until you hear
back from us. If it is necessary to change the URL where the art is
located then be sure to let us know as soon as possible what the new URL for
that art is. Missing information and inactive or wrong URL's will cause
you to lose your place for upcoming issues.

CHILDREN'S GUIDELINES
The Artistic Forum, Winstanley-Roark Fine Arts, and Masterfulart Online Postcard
is primarily used by adults who have an interest in the Fine Arts. Our
newsletter is strictly for our adult readers who wish to be updated with the
latest events on the Artistic Forum and our sponsors. We do not
offer a children's newsletter and ask that children under 14 do not
sign up or that parents do not
sign up to our newsletter for their children. We have created the Artistic Forum's Kids'
Art Corner so parents may share the joys and fun of the fine arts with their
children. We recommend that parents monitor the use of this or any other site
with their children. Parents are required to include their e-mail or mailing
address so we may contact them if we feel we need to verify the parent's
permission. Any information sent in with a child's submission will
not be used to add the parent or child to our mailing or e-mail list
unless the parent request to be added to our mailing/e-mail list. Please
Note: We will not post children's submissions without prior parental
consent nor will we post children's last names. Parental permission is
also required for us to link to a site created by a child. All other submission
guidelines apply.

FURTHER AGREEMENTS
The Artistic Forum, Winstanley-Roark Fine Arts, Masterfulart Online Postcards may
revise these terms of your use of the Sites by updating this posting.
You are bound by any such revisions and therefore advised to regularly
visit this page.
The foregoing shall constitute an agreement between
The Artistic Forum, Winstanley-Roark
Fine Arts, Masterfulart Online Postcards and each user of these Sites,
and may not be modified in any fashion without the advance written consent
of The Artistic Forum, Winstanley-Roark
Fine Arts, Masterfulart Online Postcards. This Agreement shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
If any provision of the Agreement is deemed or declared to be unlawful,
void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed
removed from this Agreement, and all other terms shall remain in full force
and effect.
